Micro-Train grew out of 20-years of frustration with corporate learning and development. Locking employees away in classrooms for hours or tying them up with online training that drones on and on.
The modern-day marketplace has increased complexity and modern corporate training organizations are not equipped to handle this challenge. Enduring decades of reduced funding and talent, most organizations employ amateur trainers—individuals who routinely fill up a PowerPoint slide with everything they can think of and then read it to an audience.
Thus, Micro-Train was born in 2022 to transform the learning experience. Focusing on providing the right amount of information and the ideal time to create a perfectly memorable experience.
